Raymarine E-120 classic 2009 old chartplotter

The chartplotter does not display or recognize maps on the flash memory card. As far as I understand, the problem is that it is necessary to upgrade the software on the plotter. The plotter software has never been updated before. The plotter was dismantled from the boat and is in my hands. I am looking for a specialist to whom I can bring the chartplotter for its upgrade and map display settings.
I really want to do this work as soon as possible.
