I have a small boat that has two cracks in the hull. I am unsure about the exact material but it seems to be some sort of plastic or rubber.

There are two cracks on the interior of the boat. At the very least, I would like these fixed. I believe there is also a hole somewhere on the exterior of the boat as well. Though not required, it would also be nice to fix this hole.

I am not looking to spend a lot, just patch the holes and prevent water from entering the area where we sit.
