Beschrijving

I have recently purchased a new cover for my boat made out of polyester cotton fabric. At two places on each side of the cover, there is a small hole to allow the buoy to go through, as seen in the photos. When it rains, water goes through these holes and makes the boat wet. I have tried to fix this by taking some plastic over the holes but it needs a better long-term solution.

I have called the boat maker who made the cover and they said it would take 1-2 hours of sewing a small flexible hood on top @ €50/hour. However, they are located out of Amsterdam I cannot move the boat or cover easily there so it would be better to go somewhere closer like you (my boat is close to Nieuwe Meer). I would like to know if you could sew these could on top of the holes and how much that would cost?
